Going to a meeting in person is the best way to learn the method, but if you can't make it you can also attend a telephone meeting or join an online meeting. Note the times on those pages are either American eastern or central time, so add five hours to eastern, and six to central to get Irish times. For example the Thursday telephone meeting at 2:30pm happens at 7:30pm Irish time.
